ALPHA is a platform that helps connect users with independent service providers. ALPHA is not a direct repair company, towing operator, or guaranteed service operator.

By using the platform, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Users agree not to misuse platform services or provider communications.
• Users are responsible for reviewing provider details and service pricing before accepting services.

3. Prohibited Misuse

• Fraudulent activity or false roadside requests
• Unauthorized access attempts or security abuse
• Harassment, abuse, or impersonation
• Use of bots or automated systems to exploit the platform
• Interference with APIs, servers, or dispatch systems

4. Independent Providers

Providers on ALPHA operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ALPHA.

Service quality, response times, pricing, and outcomes are determined by independent providers and may vary based on location and availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALPHA does not guarantee service availability, provider acceptance, dispatch success, repair outcomes, response times, or uninterrupted platform access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALPHA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to provider services, platform interruptions, delays, or third-party conduct.

6. Account Security

• Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
• Users must notify ALPHA of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
• Users are responsible for protecting devices used to access the platform.

7. Suspension & Termination

ALPHA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of platform rules, suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

ALPHA may also restrict provider visibility, requests, or dispatch access when necessary for operational or security purposes.

8. Service Availability

Provider availability, dispatch acceptance, and roadside assistance services may vary depending on geographic location, provider capacity, traffic conditions, and operational limitations.

ALPHA does not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful request fulfillment.

9. Dispute Limitations

Users and providers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly whenever appropriate.

ALPHA may assist with communication and internal investigations but is not obligated to resolve disputes between users and independent providers.
